RETURNS

The Grounded Family customers have 14 days from the receiving date to return full-price items for a refund or an exchange. Sale items are final sale.
All goods must be returned in their original packaging, in clean, unworn, and resalable conditions.

EXCHANGES

All exchanges must be done within 14 days of purchase.The exchange must be accompanied with the original order number, and the desired size and item. If the item you are exchanging is not of equal value please contact us through email at info@the-grounded-family.com.

Customers exchanging items are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If the wrong item is delivered, The Grounded Family will cover the cost of shipping both ways. If items are returned to us by the shipping carrier due to incomplete or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the postage of re-shipment. If the address is entered wrong at checkout, please reach out to us within 24 hours. If it is outside of this 24-hour time frame, please contact the shipping carrier. If you receive a defective item, email us with the order number, detailed description, and image of the defect in the garment.Items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
